Hello again! Following the success of last November’s women’s health workshop, Nardia and I are proud to announce that we are running another one soon on Feb 21st.
We had some great encouraging feedback (see previous blog post from 2nd Dec 2014) and really look forward to delivering this content again to help you achieve long -lasting health, wellness, vitality and weight management. We are not about quick fixes -our emphasis is on creating positive, sustainable long term changes for the rest of your life, not just a summer holiday!
